1984 Marine Trader – Sundeck Trawler 44 (PARADOX II)

Fully equipped for live aboard/cruising. We left Florida on Paradox II and have been cruising the Caribbean Islands for five years. She has very reliable twin 120 hp Ford Lehman engines/2060, 2054 hrs. Easy access and large engine space. Solar panels (total 960 w) and a wind generator for energy independent cruising and unlimited time at anchor. 8 kw Onan genset, 1168 hrs. 2015 house batteries, 920 amp hr, 2 4D engine cranking batteries.

U-shaped galley down with 4-burner force 10 lpg stove with oven, 12V/120V Norcold refrigerator/freezer. Ariston combo washer/dryer. 3 built-in combo water-cooler air conditioner/heater units. Excellent ventilation/opening ports in all cabins.

LED lighting throughout. Teak parquet sole and teak paneling and cabinetry throughout. Spacious aft cabin with centerline queen bed/memory foam mattress. Ensuite head with separate tub/shower. Main salon (lower wheelhouse) with table/settee and leather recliner. Guest cabin forward with v-berths. Second head forward.

After hardtop covered sundeck, teak decking with side and aft sunshades, comfortable couch and a teak dining table with chairs. Transom shower and swim platform and ladder. Teak decking removed from forward outside walk around deck.

Fly-bridge with steering station, chart plotter, GPS, autopilot, VHF radio, depth sounder. Covered vinyl overhead and isinglass opening enclosure all around. Lower steering station with SSB radio. Zodiac life-raft, EPIRB, 4 dive tanks and a rack.

10ft RIB dinghy with 15 hp Yamaha outboard with transom davit. 200 gallon water in two tanks and 500 gallon fuel in two tanks, holding tanks, 33 kg Rocna anchor, 50 lb CQR anchor, 200′ 3/8″ chain. Dual drum Lofran Tigres windlass with foot controls. Additional equipment included.
